The hotel offers very good and complimentary breakfast with waffles, fruit. I liked the staff, they are very attentive.

I greatly enjoyed this place and would recomand.

My stay was comfortable for travellers needing to be in the Lancaster area -- right across the street from Dutch Wonderland and next door to the Tanger Outlets. The staff were knowledgeable and amicable and the location was ideal right next to the Tanger outlet mall. Had tea and goodies at Friendly's, nestled 2 mi of the hotel.

Location: the hotel was near both outlets and others. Well cleaned and immaculate room, it had a couch and a comfortable couch.

The room was well-appointed and brand-new and had a microwave oven, coffee & tea makers, and a refrigerator. The bathroom with a bath. The hotel was in an exceptionally nice and perfect location near the outlets and Dutch wonderland, shopping centers with an easy access to route 30 and farms and other attractions. Thanks to professional staff we had an enjoyable stay.

It was a brand-new hotel which had great service. The room was new-fashioned & neat together with the fan, an extra regular coffee. Amazing location and overall the staff was very attentive and wonderfully friendly. The restaurant here was good, we both ordered freshly cooked dishes.

The room was comfortable with good air conditioning. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The location and knowledge of the front counter staff was great. The lobby and breakfast area were well-maintained.

The hotel's location was excellent, near Tanger outlet center and outlet shopping, restaurants and area attractions and farms. I enjoyed convenient placing of a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven in the suite.

The hotel staff was quite noisy.

Convenient Location and Friendly Staff

During my recent stay at Fairfield Inn, I was pleased with the hotel's convenient location near Tanger Outlets and Dutch Wonderland. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large work area that was perfect for my needs. I also enjoyed the included breakfast, which had a reasonable variety of items.

One small issue I encountered was the lack of shower gel in my room. However, the front desk staff promptly addressed the issue and provided me with a bottle of shower gel.

Our favorite place to stay in Lancaster. The rooms with 2 queen beds. The pool area is great too.

Loved my relaxing stay for travellers needing to be in the Lancaster area -- right across the street from Dutch Wonderland and next door to the Tanger Outlets. The rooms of the hotel were adequate and splendid with a comfortable sofa and a comfortable king bed, as for instance. The location was magnificent for walking around a 48-acre amusement park. The restaurant was good and its freshly cooked dishes are to die for.
